Job Title: Experienced CNC Setup/Operator

Pay: $27–$30 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Setup/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up CNC machines and operating them for production runs.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines (mills/lathes) including tools, fixtures, and offsets.
• Load programs and verify machine operation.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years CNC setup and operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with measurement tools and inspection processes.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, $27–$30/hr depending on experience.
