Now Hiring Maintenance Technician
Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM

Bring Your Tools & Talent
- Diploma or GED in your pocket.
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, machining, and mechanical theory (Certification preferred)
- Able to install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move, and maintain a wide variety of production and related equipment, facilities, buildings, and systems at the journeyman level

Day in the Life: Maintenance Technician
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, chillers, boilers, furnaces, extruders, chemical tanks, RTOs, LGVs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Install new machinery and equipment; move and realign machinery to support layout changes.
- Perform rigging, erection, alignment, hook-ups, and set-up to place equipment in proper operating condition.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, including dismantling, reassembly, calibration, lubrication, and critical adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work meets safety and operational standards.
