We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our Software Development team. In this role, you will lead a group of talented developers, driving the creation of innovative solutions for our industry-specific cloud applications. The Team Lead will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
A Day In the Life Typically Includes:
- Guide and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize development tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting release deadlines.
- Implement and uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation throughout the team.
- Participate in critical architectural decisions and technology selections to support scalable and robust solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback, promoting growth and learning among team members.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster an agile development environment and facilitate scrum ceremonies for effective project management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Software development experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience delivering complex software projects on time.
