Operations Supervisor

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 45-50 hours per week

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations and driving safety, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Assigning and supervising work crews operating solid waste collection equipment.
• Monitoring daily operations and adjusting staffing as needed.
• Developing and implementing safety goals and initiatives.
• Conducting field inspections and audits to ensure compliance and proper procedures.
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns regarding collection services.
• Performing employee reviews and leading performance management discussions.
• Setting short- and long-term goals for the hauling company.
• Overseeing compliance programs, including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.

What We’re Looking For

• education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• experience: Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics required.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and related business systems.
• Other: Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
