How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Financial support for the Division Managers, acting as the internal Division business consultant for the DivisionManagers, with a focus on improving the Division’s performance (both financial and operational) and connectingthe Division performance to the overall gross profit & EBITDA performance of JR Automation.

• Responsible for all reporting and analysis of financial results related to the Division.

• Responsible for engaging with the Accounting Team during the monthly close process and assisting with therelated entries and reconciliations and the continuous improvement of those tasks and activities.

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial forecasts for the Division.

• Responsible for the preparation of the Division Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and related processes, whichincludes collaboration with the Division Managers and support of the Director ofFinancein the strategicplanning process.

• Responsible for working capital management through engagement with the Division Managers during the quoteprocess to assist with credit terms negotiations.

• Responsible for driving financial process enhancements which includes the implementation of LeanAccounting methodologies, financial continuous improvement activities and participation in Division continuousimprovement events and a link of those activities to the financial results of the Division.

• Provide support to the Project Managers regarding the WIP and Capacity reviews for each job within yourrespective Division, which drives monthly revenue recognition (% of completion method).

• Provide support to the Director ofFinanceandControllerfor the continuous improvement of JR AutomationIT systems and related management reporting for the Division.

• Responsible for engaging with the other DivisionFinanceManagers (peers) to ensure consistent accountingprocesses, analysis and reports are in place throughout JR Automation.

• Responsible for assisting with contract administration, including interpretation of contract provisions thatmay impact program management and achievement of project financial targets.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financeor related field.

• 5+ years ofFinanceand/or Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; taking intoconsideration career progression.

• Experience in Project Accounting

• CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively; experience with PowerBI and/or PowerQuery is a plus.

• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strongleadership skills.
