  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • * Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3-5 years industry-related experience
  • * 3 to 5 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
  • * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group’
  • * Experience in understanding and utilizing Circana share data
  • * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • * Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • * Preferred understanding of Spring data system and other IT systems
  • * Must be at least 21 years old
  • * DOT medical card
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • * RBDC ASM, RBDC ASM II or RBDC DSM
  • * Key Account management of Regional or local accounts
  • TRAVEL / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel
  • * As needed for market support
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • * Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • * Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.
  • * Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • * Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • * Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
  • * Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • * Commercial Vehicle Operations
  • Travel 0-10%
  • Permanent
