Schedule

  • Flexible hours

Care Delivery

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to AccordCare clients in accordance with the established Plan of Care

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and activities of daily living

  • Perform basic healthcare services, including taking vital signs and providing medication reminders

  • Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Safely drive and escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

Requirements

  • CNA or HHA Certification, as applicable, required

  • CPR Certification, online courses not accepted

  • TB Test or Chest X-ray within last six months

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
