Job Title: Technology Transformation Intern
Location: Atlanta Headquarters, Salesforce Tower
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Job Duties:
- Support the Technology and Transformation team on active AI initiatives, including Schedule Automation and DispatchOS.
- Assist with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to track project KPIs and station adoption.
- Document business requirements and process flows for ongoing transformation projects.
- Support user acceptance testing and change management activities, including training materials and communications.
- Complete a capstone project, presenting findings and recommendations to Transformation leadership at the end of the internship.
