- 8+ years eCommerce account management experience preferably with experience leading strategic planning across teams and Brick & Click
- Experience in beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries preferred
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and active listening skills
- Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, and negotiation skills
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional groups to achieve goals
- Passion to contribute to the culture of Red Bull
- Experience working with Digital Advertising Agencies

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be extremely proficient in software packages (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) & capable of mastering internal systems (CPM, SAP/BI)
- Travel 50-60%
