Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for an Assembly position. The ideal candidate will have experience with air tools, mechanical work, and assembly. You will be responsible for mounting bodies onto chassis, which could include truck bodies, water tanks, and more. The role involves running hydraulic lines, drilling, and performing basic 12v electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Mount bodies onto chassis (e.g., truck bodies, water tanks).
• Run hydraulic lines.
• Perform drilling tasks.
• Carry out basic 12v electrical wiring.

Essential Skills

• 6 months experience with air tools.
• 6 months mechanical experience.
• 6 months assembly or relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

You must be able to work in all conditions, as it may be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The assembly includes mechanic trucks, water trucks, tanks, and vac trucks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00/hr.
