• Set up CNC machines (load programs, tooling, fixtures, and materials) according to work instructions
• Operate CNC equipment to produce parts meeting print and quality specifications
• Make minor program or offset adjustments as needed
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety policies
• Document production results and report quality or machine issues to supervision
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Set-Up Operator preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Basic understanding of CNC machining principles
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable with good time-management skills

• Manufacturing environment
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting materials up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and metal materials
