- Manage electrical projects, delegate tasks to ensure projects are completed accurately and safely.
- Manage and guide teams comprising 2-5 electricians.
- Interpret blueprints for job site planning and execution.
- Design and plan job layouts for projects ranging in complexity and size.
- Plan necessary equipment, procedures, and training.
- Execute the installation and layout of conduit systems, diverse lighting systems, and fundamental control system feeders.
- Install motor feeders and establish standard motor connections.
- Perform field designs and surveys as required.
- Respond to service calls, efficiently diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
- Uphold and promote job site safety protocols.
- Ensure a secure job site environment, and adhere strictly to OSHA standards, company policies, and specific customer safety guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Our employees may travel within our service area but return home each evening.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record at creative problem solving
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Fluent (verbal and written) in English
- Journeyman’s License
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
