About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that every order is fulfilled quickly, correctly, and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
- Ensure items are properly labeled, protected, and meet quality requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer or scanner skills.
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible shifts may be available (days, evenings, or weekends).
