What you’ll doJoining the Bell Human Resources team means getting up-close and personal with the talent that is transforming Bell. To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needsWhat we’re looking forWith our Grad Program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 6 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within:
- Talent Acquisition
- Organizational Development
- Compensation
- Mental Health and workplace practices
- Project Management
- Analytics and reporting
- Employee and Executive services
- Human Resources or Labour Relations business unit support
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or related field completed before the program start date.
- You must have flexibility to work in different locations within Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area.
