Job Title: 3PL Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Edgewater Park, New Jersey, United StatesJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 3:00PM – 12:00AMCompensation: $27-$30 per hour (Base Pay)
Estimated Total Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 annually with consistent overtimeAbout the RoleAs a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor at JD Logistics, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and leading a team within our NJ distribution center. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. You’ll ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety and performance standards.This position may includes overtime, providing a strong earning potential beyond base pay.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & ExecutionSupervise warehouse activities across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing errors and delays.Team LeadershipLead a team of associates; coach, train, and provide feedback to improve performance.Manage daily labor allocation and support shift planning to meet workload demands.Inventory & Quality ControlMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process audits.Support quality checks and escalate product or order issues as needed.Process Compliance & SafetyEnsure team compliance with all SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.Help drive a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability in the facility.Communication & ReportingReport shift performance and issues to warehouse manager.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients as needed to resolve order or process concerns.Qualifications3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environmentsAt least 1 year in a lead or supervisor role (team lead, floor lead, or similar)Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standardsAbility to work overtime and flexible shifts as neededExperience with WMS or inventory systems preferredBilingual in Mandarin a plus but not requiredPreferred TraitsE-commerce or high-volume fulfillment experienceComfort in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsPositive leadership style with an eye for efficiencyAbout JD LogisticsJD Logistics is the supply chain and logistics arm of JD.com – China’s largest online retailer.
