Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Mechanics to join our 2nd shift team. The schedule includes four 10-hour days from 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM, with potential work on Fridays and Saturdays. This position involves maintaining and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machines, including filling, capping, boxing machines, conveyor systems, and mixing tanks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, assist with changeovers, and perform scheduled updates and repairs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs during machine breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with machine operators to ensure smooth operation.

Essential Skills

• 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience working in liquid filling environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Electrical and PLC troubleshooting/programming experience is a plus.
• Computer experience with CMM systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment with seven to eight production lines of varying speeds. The plant produces a variety of cleaning solutions, including glass cleaner and carpet cleaner. The facility may be slightly warm but maintains a comfortable atmosphere for efficient operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr.
