2nd Shift Medical Customer Service Representative

This person will be hired to work on a dedicated team for one specific insurance company. They will have calls coming in all day, no set number of calls per day

This person will be:

Gathering medical histories

Reviewing and editing information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.

NO SELLING in this role

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience in a call focused environment.

High school diploma/GED is required

Typing skills of 35 WPM or better

Experience with medical terminology is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00/hr.
