How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and inspire a production team to meet daily targets.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee production scheduling to meet demand and inventory goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate to resolve critical equipment or product issues.
  • Recommend upgrades to equipment and facilities.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus.
  • Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or coil winding is a bonus.
