What You’ll Do:

As a Converting Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of converting machines, ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating machinery with safety and precision
• Inspecting products to prevent defects and minimize waste
• Meeting production goals and maintaining accurate records
• Packing, palletizing, and labeling finished goods
• Performing quality audits and participating in 5S initiatives
• Supporting your team and assisting coworkers when needed

What We’re Looking For:

We value team players who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
• Basic computer and math skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• A dependable mode of transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of consistent work history
