Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Converting operations on 3rd shift. This is a key leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Converting production area, including:

• Leading and coaching a team of production employees
• Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks
• Monitoring performance and conducting reviews
• Driving employee engagement and development
• Ensuring safety standards are met through inspections and training
• Managing production flow to meet customer expectations
• Collaborating across departments to meet plant goals
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive experience in plant operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Comfortable working independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field
• Experience in converting or manufacturing environments
• Less than 3 attendance points.
• Disciplinary action severity will be evaluated during mid-year or year-end reviews.
