$1,250 Signing bonus paid during first year.

TITLE: Machine Operator B

position OBJECTIVE: Responsible for operating production equipment on mostly automated processing lines. The candidate will make necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production. They will drive a forklift, unload trailers, clean up the raw material space, and run key processing equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity and great work ethics
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Team player

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands, follows, and enforces all established policies, procedures and recognized practices.
• Monitor fully automated processing lines.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities.
• Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.
• Assist with some mechanical repairs.
• Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.
• Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner
• Communicate with all members of Production, shipping and management.
• Notify the shift leader or management with any equipment related issues.
• Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.
• Assist in the training of new Operators.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Plant environment

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Some stair climbing, lifting 25 pounds or more
