THE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
BBH Account Management is a special breed. Whilst our role is like that of other account handlers – understanding and partnering on our client business, setting the vision, creating the energy for teams, and making sure it all happens – a BBH Account Handler brings something extra.

THE ROLE
Account Executives (AE) are the foundations of our account management teams. They are the GLUE. As an AE you are the person the team looks to get stuff sorted. To get everyone in the right place at the right time. Know what is going on and be one step ahead. A BBH AE exudes passion, excitement and energy. You are hungry to learn from those around you, operating as a sponge, learning everything you can at every interaction. You take on all tasks, big and small with gusto.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to develop their career and you will be working closely with internal teams, to ensure projects are executed to the highest of standards. You will be responsible for:
Client Relationship Management
Project Coordination
Budget Management
Creative Input
New Business Development
Administrative Tasks
THE PERSON

Able to work at pace and process multiple administrative tasks/client requests as well as manage their own workload whilst also supporting other senior team members. Anticipating roadblocks and being solution-oriented in partnership with all departments, always able to stay one step ahead
Client love. Builds relationships to ensure the best outcomes for both agency and client, creating mutual respect and trust. Have a passion for understanding the client’s business and meeting their needs.

Ways of working brilliance. Anticipating roadblocks and being solution-oriented in partnership with all departments, always able to stay one step ahead. Being able to translate information, ask questions when needed, and communicate to wider audiences in more accessible formats.
