The Role:

We are looking for an Account Executive (CRM Coordinator) to build strong relationships, champion client needs and ensure seamless executive of CRM campaigns. This individual will be the key contact internally as well as with the Client in regards to work management/execution on a key account, helping deliver a large scale CRM program.

Effective client relationship management skills, management of meetings and the execution of other ad-hoc taks to support other members of the team will form the foundation of an accomplished Account Executive. The client is a large player in the automotive sector and this individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple well-known brands to assist in successfully delivering a CRM program for its customers. A broad understanding of how the Client’s business operates and their expectations will also be required for this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing effective relationships with the key internal and external client stakeholders.
• Attending and participating in client and internal meetings as required, with the support of the broader account client management team.
• To have a good understanding of how the Client’s business operates such that they are able to gather information effectively and quickly in support of briefs.
• Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing and the email comms channel. Previous experience in this area would be highly regarded.
• Building a strong relationship with our Project Management Team and Comms Build & Deployment Team – consulting with them before agreeing any deliverables and keeping them informed at all stages of the project.
• Assisting with producing client contact reports and other ad-hoc status updates as required. Coordinating the administrative tasks of client meeting as per timelines.
• Recognise the ‘bigger picture’ and understand and contribute to longer term objectives, while still delivering day-to-day excellence.
• Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of the client’s business and market, and keeping up-to-date with CRM marketing best-practices.
• Develop and manage close working relationships with the client to ensure expectations and deliverables are achieved.
• Ensure the effective interrogation of the brief takes place where all parties understand its implications, whilst providing internal counsel and optimal strategies for debating any controversial/challenging aspects of the brief.

Being a fast learner, problem solver, and someone who is motivated to serve our clients while making great creative work is also a must. This is a great opportunity to work with exciting clients and creating work that is truly global. 

The person who takes this role will:

• Have experience coordinating jobs and meetings, monitoring timelines ands, preparing reports.
• Have a basic understanding of CRM Marketing and comms within an email channel.
• Have general administrative experience in a multi-tasking environment.
• Have experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be able to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems.
• Be able to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple projects, across multiple brands.
• Have excellent communication skills – understanding the importance attached to positive client relationships and demonstrating an engaging an open style of communication.
• Have excellent organisational skills and sharp on detail – working in a time efficient and organised manner and seeking to streamline processes where appropriate as well as prioritising effectively.
• Be proactive – self-motivated with patience and able to exercise intuition.
• Be naturally curious and constantly looking to learn from new information or experiences.
