Job Description

This is a remote position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide a full sales cycle within the SMB market- Achieving or overachieving on your sales targets.
• Build relationships to maximize successful outcomes.
• Present a company and a product to anyone in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or face-to-face.
• Develop a sales strategy and plan to bring sales to a close while balancing the needs of customers.
• Understand and identify needs, and the nature and complexities of a customer’s business or department.
• Manage the sales process; by developing strategic account plans, solutions and presentations that use opportunities before, during and after the sale.
• Work with the business development team to qualify opportunities quickly through the funnel.
• Manage closing a high volume of always shifting deals in your pipeline.
• Produce recommendations based on customer pain points – educating customers on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the financial and strategic realities of the customer.
• Track and maintain project milestones and timelines while managing customer expectations.
• Prospect through high-volume outreach programs to find the next Fiix customer.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA. We will not sponsor individuals for this role now or in the future.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• 1+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment.
• Experience quickly developing relationships with potential customers.
• Experience presenting the value of a solution to meet individual customer needs is what you do best.
• 1+ years of experience managing fast sales cycles.
• 1+ years of Salesforce experience.

For this role, the total target compensation is from $84,160-$126,240 CAD or $104,720-$157,080 USD of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor of position level and compensation.
