What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll own a defined geographical territory (Oakland, San Jose, Fremont is where the majority of the business will be you will also travel south to Fresno and east to Stockton), combining strategic prospecting with deep account management. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor to our customers, connecting their needs with innovative protective packaging and sustainability-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You’re driven, consultative, and solutions oriented. You know how to listen, engage, and guide customers to decisions that benefit their business – and you thrive in an autonomous, performance-based environment. This role is for a road warrior (minimal overnight travel).

Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission):
$116,000 – $145,000
The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
