Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with eCommerce and brand clients.
• Understand client fulfillment, shipping, and inventory needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage customer requests and communications via Slack and other channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, inventory control, and logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell fulfillment and logistics services.
• Onboard new clients smoothly using internal technology platforms (WMS/OMS).
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through responsive, proactive service.
• Maintain fast response times and professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B account management, logistics, or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) preferred.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and fulfillment processes.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.

Location: Otay Mesa, CA

Pay: $22/hr.-$25/hr.
