About the Role
Telos is seeking an experiencedEnterprise Account Managerto lead growth for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is a high-impact role selling mission-critical software that directly improves cyber readiness, compliance outcomes, and operational resilience for the world’s most complex organizations.

What You’ll Do
Drive new business for Telos GRC solutions
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
Articulateclear, quantifiable ROItied to compliance efficiency, risk reduction, and mission readiness
Position AI-enabled capabilities in a practical, trust-building way
Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and delivery teams
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and partners
Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and execute against revenue targets
What Success Looks Like
Consistent attainment of annual quota
Strong executive relationships across your customer base
Deals built on validated customer pain and measurable outcomes
Customers who expand because the solution delivers what was promised
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of enterprise or federal software sales experience
Experience navigating complex procurement and contracting environments
Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business value (not just features)
Comfort selling to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Strong pipeline management and forecast discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-related solutions
Familiarity with FedRAMP, RMF, and ATO processes
Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise software solutions
