Job Description:

  • We are expanding our SLED (State, Local, and education) business and looking for Customer Success Managers across the U.S. who can lead client relationships, understand public sector needs, and drive meaningful account growth.
  • As a key member of our growth team, you will work closely with clients to ensure value delivery, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong understanding of each customer’s environment, goals, and challenges
  • Maintain consistent communication and relationships with client stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and recommend value-added services
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning delivery and business teams
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
  • Stay informed about agency initiatives, procurement cycles, and funding trends
  • Leverage understanding of government contracting vehicles (cooperative contracts, BPAs, IDIQs, etc.) to support customer success
  • Support post-award customer engagement, renewals, and retention efforts

Qualifications:

  • experience working with SLED customers in a government contracting environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with contracting mechanisms in the public sector
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver value-driven solutions
