SUMMARY

This role supports the full vendor invoice and payment process with exceptional accuracy, organization, and compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Drive a highly organized, processfocused approach to the endtoend processing of vendor invoices within the Accounts Payable system.
  2. Identify, escalate, and resolve Accounts Payable issues, demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and ownership of outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally to resolve discrepancies.
  4. Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation with a disciplined, auditready mindset.
  5. Independently interpret, understand, and follow audit guidelines and internal controls, maintaining strict compliance in all daytoday tasks.
  6. Support internal and external audit requests through organized documentation, timely responses, and clear communication.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and uphold high operational standards, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  8. Maintain the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while keeping accuracy, deadlines, and quality at the forefront.
  9. Demonstrate a proactive, “digin” mentality and help motivate team members by setting the example for reliability, initiative, and professional excellence.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-2 years of detailoriented experience working with highvolume payables, ideally in a processdriven or fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of responsibilities and following through to completion.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets and use basic formulas to support reporting and analysis needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to process accuracy and data integrity.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and problem resolution.
  • A motivated, teamoriented mindset with the willingness to dig into challenges, improve processes, and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the contact of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
