Pay Range: $35-40
W2 Contract. Contractor will provide strategic directions for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Resolve client issues, billing, rapport and relationships
* Manage CRM data in SAP/S4 Hana
* Collaborate with internal teams for sales targets
* Process orders and manage client expectations
* Provide excellent and timely communications
Qualifications
* experience with Microsoft 365 required
* HS Diploma/GED required
* SalesForce CRM Platform or similar experience
* SAP/S4 Hana or other advanced ERP system experience
* Knowledgeable of A/R processes within the ERP system
* Prior experience with a field service organization a plus
