Accounts Administrator – Enniskillen – £25,000-£27,000Black Fox Solutions are pleased to work with an exciting manufacturer supplying into the agricultural and construction industries.Duties:

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers and suppliers.
• Manage spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers.
• Reconcile financial accounts and direct debits.
• Maintain customer contact for invoice payment clearance.
• Resolve invoice queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow standard procedures to support business objectives.

Criteria:

• Experience working in an accounts payable or accounts position
• Understanding of account reconciliation
• Competent in Microsoft packages
