Salary £38,000 – £48,000A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a well-established accountancy firm’s growing office in March for an Assistant Manager within its Corporate Services team. This role is ideal for a qualified ACA/ACCA professional with at least one year of post-qualification experience and a background in managing audits for businesses with turnovers of £10-15m+.Role Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, fieldwork, and completion of corporate audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare high-quality accounts, audit reports, and tax compliance services.
• Visit clients’ premises to understand their operations, challenges, and business procedures.
• Provide guidance to junior staff, mentoring and coaching them to support their development.
• Ensure all working papers and files are complete for senior review.

Personal Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs, and disclosures for small and medium-sized companies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience with mentoring and coaching trainees.
• Comfortable liaising with clients on financial and business procedures.
