Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Rate: $20 BOE

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We need an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. In this role, you’ll be processing invoices, handling month-end tasks, managing vendor relationships, and supporting various office needs. If you’re a detail-oriented multitasker with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices and reconcile accounts

• Manage vendor W-9’s, insurance, and tax compliance

• Assist with office supplies and company events

• Juggle multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• experience in accounts payable or similar roles

• Strong knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software

• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and communicate well with the team
