Job Summary: 
Boucher Group Inc. is looking for an experienced full-time accounts payable associate to join our accounting team. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable processing for multiple companies
• Review and post invoices ensuring properly coded to correct GL obtaining necessary approvals
• Tri-monthly payment vendor check runs including ACH and credit card
• Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

education/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous account payable experience preferred
