We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our company’s bookkeeping and financial operations. In this role, you will ensure invoices are processed accurately, vendor accounts are properly maintained, and records are kept up to date. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Job Duties:

• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and account status
• Process invoices from third-party vendors in a timely and accurate manner
• Track and record expenses in the company’s general ledger
• Collect and review expense reports and purchase orders from internal departments
• Reconcile outstanding debts and ensure all accounts are current
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
