Role & Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, purchase orders, travel vouchers, deposit certificates,. Data Entry. Filing, Other admin duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:

• Experience in Accts Payable preferred.
• The department is seeking a candidate with more recent experience in State Government roles, specifically within a State Agency’s Accounts Payable unit. Recent hands-on experience processing invoices and travel vouchers.

Computer software to be used :

• Excel, Word, Edge, FMS account system.
