Mazak Corporation is looking for a Accounts Receivable Associate to join the accounting team at our Florence, KY headquarters. The Accounts Receivable Associate will process customer invoicing, credit card functions, and customer AR account maintenance.

Essential functions:

* Machine Shipment invoicing

* Machine Install invoicing

* Machine revision invoicing

* Machine cancellation invoicing

* Training Dept invoicing

* Free Text Invoicing or Credit Memo Invoicing.

* AR adjustments – Region, Intercompany, Canada and Mexico.

* Credit Card Sales and refunds.

* Manage AR group email – includes creating new customer setup (changes also) in CE Service and D365 system.

* Monthly Paid in full report for the Service Dept.

Backup:

* Download daily bank reports

* Print remittances from customers showing payment information

* Review AR return email

process/forward invoices to regions that do not have customer contact email

forward customer requests to region

* Research and supply documents to the regions when there are questions with the regions

* Post/research customer payments from 5/3 and Huntington received by ACH and/or wire to d365 and to as400

* Balance daily cash posting

* Create and deposit checks received for customer invoices and Non A/R to Huntington

* Report to regions and management daily machine payments and daily cash report

* Downloading/posting daily lockbox from Huntington for each region

Required education and experience

* Strong customer service orientation

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* 2-3 years of experience in a high volume and inventory intensive environment

* Understanding of the D365 credit and collection, and AR system.

* Understanding of the CE customer master system.

* Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

* D365 experience

* High school diploma or GED

Preferred education and experience if applicable

* Strong organizational skills

* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

* Some college – emphasis on accounting courses
