ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE position 

Job Summary: 

Boucher Group Inc. is looking for an experienced full-time accounts receivable associate to join our accounting team. Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Full cycle accounts receivable for multiple companies
• Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments
• Monthly statement generation
• Reconciliation of Wisconsin sales and use tax
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
• Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment

 

education/experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Previous accounts receivable experience required
