Accounts Receivable Specialist in Englewood, New Jersey

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located near Teaneck, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process payments received from customers

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of financial records

• Effectively manage invoicing processes

• Handle collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments

• Maintain open lines of communication with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues

• Ensure all relevant compliance and documentation standards are met

• Oversee accounting functions related to accounts receivable

• Carry out billing functions as required

• Manage high-volume invoicing tasks.

Requirements • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Proven ability in Billing Functions and related tasks

• Experience in Collections and managing overdue accounts

• Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing effectively

• Skilled in Payment Processing and associated operations

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation and maintenance
