Objective of the assignment: • Organize the project management unit (PMU), keep track of, coordinate, report on, and facilitate the deployment of the resources provided under the project; • Preparation of annual work plans and budgets; • Ensure that project activities are implemented and completed within the budget in a timely manner, and in accordance with ADB policy and procedures related to project administration, procurement and disbursement, and safeguards; • Preparing reports for the executing agency, the Ministry of Finance (MOF), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
