In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB’s core procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of funds.Specific considerations for this assignment, if any, are discussed here:
Qualifications and Experiences: • A postgraduate degree related to Social studies and Gender, Social work, or a relevant discipline; • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience working for project(s) financed by ADB or other international organizations; • A proven capacity to work effectively with both private sector enterprises and the relevant institutions; • Sound knowledge of gender mainstreaming, ADB Accountability Mechanism and reporting; • Ability to plan and prioritize work duties as well as work competently under pressure and tight deadlines; • Excellent team and communication skills, ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams; • A good command of both written and spoken English and Mongolian; and • Good computer and report preparation skills.
