Baker College of Jackson is seeking to fill multiple Adjunct Faculty positions for our Nursing Program.

Ideal candidates for this position must possess a Master of Science degree in Nursing, along with an active RN license and relevant work experience. Preferred is a BSN, with relevant work experience. The candidate must have at least 3 years of current clinical experience and hold a valid RN license with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and internet usage.

A successful candidate will teach theory, lab, and clinical courses, while also revising, reviewing, and developing curriculum as needed. They will complete all required professional development and training, collect and submit necessary student learning assessment data, and actively participate in relevant campus and system committees, meetings, projects, and activities.

The chosen candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, while acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus.
