Pay Rate: $30.00/hr. on w2 without benefits
Location: 640 Suwannee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399
Duration: 12+ months
Must-Have:
- Prior Knowledge and experience within the State of Florida personnel system.
- Computer Software -: Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, DocuSign.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review, audit, and analyze position descriptions, moving them from one electronic format and uploading them into another repository portal.
- Assists classification team with maintaining and updating statewide like-position repository in SharePoint, in accordance with mandated regulatory and/or policy changes.
- Assists HR management with special projects, which may include extensive research and analysis, and recommends solutions and alternative practices.
- Utilizes a variety of analysis tools and methodologies. May be exposed to confidential information.
Required Skills:
- Knowledgeable and skilled with using Microsoft Office applications; ability to interpret and communicate statutes, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Skilled at performing research including data collection and analysis; ability to plan, coordinate, and organize assignments and projects; ability to work independently and collaboratively with others; analytical skills especially when reviewing documents for detailed information.
