Job DescriptionLocation: Falkirk | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Join our dynamic team as an Admin Resourcer, You’ll play a vital role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing compliance, while providing essential admin support within the branch.Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing & CV screening
  • Interview coordination & on boarding support
  • Maintaining candidate database & compliance checks

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Previous admin experience (recruitment or logistics preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment software
