As an Administration and Management Trainee, you will gain valuable skills and experience enabling you to accurately investigate allegations of violated Code of Conduct. Work involves collecting evidence and witness statements, determining what information is pertinent to the case, analyzing evidence, and making recommendations if further action is needed. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with managers to achieve completion of employee performance reviews and provide assistance to supervisors during the implementation of performance improvement plans. You will also be responsible for corresponding with Union representatives, addressing inquiries from staff, and assisting with special projects as needed.
