Grade 2, Point 3-4 (£22,737 – £23,114 pro rata)

Contract Type: 32.5 hours per week – Term time only.

Brierley CE (VC) Primary School’s Governing Body is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to the team.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Business Manager, to undertake reception and general administration duties for the School.

The Administrative Assistant is the first port of call for visitors to the school, parents, pupils and staff. The successful candidate will be welcoming, personable and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.

The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent interpersonal skills, well organised and enjoy being part of a busy team. Previous experience office/administrative working is essential. Working within a school office is desirable but not required.
