The Position
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the dots and ensure smooth administrative and operational support across several areas. You will represent the Site view of the Novo Nordisk Research Centre in Oxford (NNRCO) and collaborate closely with functional coordinators in- and outside of the UK.
You can expect to take on tasks related to the Board of Directors of NNRCO Ltd, support Site leadership with tasks within operations, Health& Safety, Compliance and other cross functional activities.
You will help plan events, internal and external, and be a part of a global team with different profiles and roles.

The character of this role requires physical presence in our Oxford office at least 4 times per week.

You will be a part of an international team that supports activities across the Novo Nordisk value chain in our Research Hub in Oxford and our Digital Hub in London. Our ambition is to collaborate across countries and areas to make sure that we are doing things right whilst supporting a fast paced and innovation led business. The team you will join is growing to ensure that ww can support our colleagues doing research that will lead to meaningful outcomes for the patients we wish to serve.
