Job Title: Administrative-Accounting Assistant

Location: Tomball, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rate: $18/Hour DOE

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative-Accounting Assistant to support our Senior Accountant with day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with numbers and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Accountant with reporting, meeting deadlines, and general accounting tasks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare invoices and financial reports using spreadsheets
• Utilize QuickBooks Online or Desktop for data entry and financial tracking

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
