Are you interested in working in a fun, creative and professional environment that is the leader in organizing/creating training and education programs to address current trends in substance use and gambling disorders in PA? If so, the Department of Drug and Alcohol Program’s Training Section is the place for you! As the lead logistical and customer service representative for the administration of educational programming across the commonwealth, you help support statewide training efforts that strengthen services for substance use disorder professionals. Your work keeps important projects organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your administrative skills while contributing to meaningful statewide initiatives.
This position provides administrative support to the Training Section by organizing surveys, preparing reports, coordinating course materials, and assisting with statewide training processes. As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties:
