Job Summary:
Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the management and staff of OneLondon in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, guidelines and objectives. Assists in resolving administrative issues and problems. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative duties in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and objectives
- Prepares and edits correspondence, memos, reports and technical data
- Supports the tracking, monitoring and scheduling of business tasks across OneLondon business teams
- Attends meetings, prepares and distributes minutes as required
- Maintains departmental records, files and department stationary supplies as necessary
- Supports the resolution of administrative issues making referrals to appropriate staff as needed
- Ensures that facility post is accepted and distributed accordingly
- Screens telephone calls and takes appropriate actions as required
- Welcomes visitors and takes appropriate actions as required
- Makes reservations and travel arrangements when required
Minimum Job Requirements
Essential:
- GCSE-level education, including passes in key subjects like English and Math
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
